Dr. Macelaru most recently served as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester, Indiana and the Jay County Hospital in Portland, Indiana. He received his Medical Degree from the Medicine and Pharmacy Institute of Bucharest in Bucharest, Romania.
