Dr. Shah, a Board Certified Internist and Gastroenterologist, has been a member of the Alice Hyde Medical Center Staff since 1988. Dr. Shah is a native of Ahmedabad, India and received his medical degree at the Baroda Medical College in 1982. Dr. Shah completed a one-year internship at the Baroda Medical College and a one-year residency at the Charleston Area Medical Center. He completed a three-year Medical Residency and two-year Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn, Queens, NY. Dr. Shah offers a full range of endoscopy procedures which includes colonoscopy, gastroscopy and control of hemorrhage from colon, stomach and polypectomy. Dr. Shah also performs ERCP, esophageal manometry and motility studies.
