DIET TECHNICIAN PART-TIME (NUTRITIONAL SERVICES)

Shift is 6:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., 24-28 hours per week. Work schedule and job assignments may vary according to the operational needs of the department.  Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Degree in Hospital Food Service, Dietetics or Nutrition.
• Registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration as Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) or with New York State Department of Education as Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist preferable, but not required.
• One (1) year experience of clinical dietetics desirable.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT FULLTIME (REHABILIATION DEPARTMENT)

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with responsibility to provide treatment in the outpatient, inpatient and SNF settings under direction of an occupational therapist. Shift and assignment may vary per operational needs of Department.    Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Applicants must be a NYS Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communications skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast paced Rehabilitation Department.
• Experience in SNF, acute and outpatient settings preferred, but not required.

REGISTERED NURSE VARIOUS (ER)

PART-TIME   20 hours per week.  Hours will consist of (1) 8 hour shift, 6 p.m.-2:30 a.m., and (1) 12 hour shift, 3:00 p.m.-3:00 a.m. Work assignment may vary per operational needs of the Emergency Room and the Nursing Department. 

PER-DIEM

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• BLS, ACLS and PALS Required 
• Minimum two (2) years experience in Medical-Surgical Units. 
• One (1) year Emergency Room experience preferred.
• TNCC preferred, or obtained within 6 months of employment
• Willing to work towards Emergency Nurse Certification within 3 years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the public is a must.
 

DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES

We are seeking a full-time Director to oversee our outpatient services and become an integral member of our Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities include the following:
• General oversight of all outpatient services
• Creates protocol for outpatient services including policy, procedure, billing, etc.
• Establish administrative direction and marketing oversight to meet budget
• Develops business plan, strategic planning to meet community service needs
Job Requirements:
• Master in Business Administration, or comparable area of study
• Extensive experience with management in clinical setting
• Licensure as Nurse Practitioner or RN preferred
• Good organizational skills, as well as oral and written communication skills

LPN VARIOUS (NURSING HOME)

There are various assignments available for Licensed Practical Nurses in the Nursing Home including:
 

Shifts and assignments may vary per resident care needs and operational staffing needs of the Nursing Home. Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Must be BLS certified. .

Licensed Practical Nurse must be able to administer medication including I.V.s as part of the normal duties and responsibilities of the required shift.

• Must be BLS certified – eligible for or be ACLS and PALS certified.

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST FULL-TIME/PART-TIME (CARDIAC & PULMONARY SVCS.)

Fulltime: Work shift is primarily 7:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M.; 40 hours per week.  However, work shift and assignment may vary per operational needs.
