The Complaint Process

Patients, families, and their spokesperson have the right to speak about concerns regarding the care and treatment received at Alice Hyde Medical Center. These concerns are referred to as complaints and are handled by the Quality Improvement Department. We hope the issue can be resolved before the patient leaves the Medical Center by speaking to the floor or unit staff. If this does not happen, a call can be placed to the Quality Department and a formal process will be undertaken. Our patient concerns are very serious to us; we will investigate, educate and follow up on the complaint. Our contact information is:
